Default Lagging in lower rpms...

Lately I've noticed my car has been lagging in the lower rpms, maybe up to around 2 or a hair above. It normally does this when I first leave the drive way, or well most the time. Alright, so I get in my car start it up no problem, I put it in reverse back out, put it in first and take off. It happens a little bit after I let out my clutch and I'm trying to accelerate and it will just lag. It's not trying to die and it still does go forword, but something is holding it back until around 2 grand then it comes alive, and normally after a couple times if that of doing it, it will starting driving normal. I don't know if it's somthing I should worry about or it could be a potential problem.

Have you done a tune up lately? That would be the first place to start on fixing your issue.
