gt40 ?'s
is there any kind of better performance that you get with the gt40 block ike out of explorer or is i just like a basic 5.0

The only thing you want from an exploroer/mountaineer motor is the intakes and heads. no performance from the block

BLOCK PROVIDES NO PERFORMANCE, the heads and intake are what people use
