Default AOD gear recommendations

hey guys, i have an 88 lx 5.0 with the aod auto ( not that there was any other option hah), anyways i have decided that since i have fully tuned the car up now, im going to buy gears, im looking for advice on ratios, im thinking either 3.73's or 4.10's. i drive the car around town and highway probably 50/50 split and will be taking it on a couple road trips soon, so what are your recomendations. it has 2.73's in it currently... which suck.

i was sitting around 2500+ with 4.30s and a 28"tire it was a little high but was not uncomfortable at all. Drove the car 3 hours to a dyno session so you could do it fine
