okay well I have had a hell of a time getting in touch and getting any info from haney motorsports so its a little aggravating. Any ways I am trying to figure out the rear suspension as well. I have the ford racing torque box reinforcements and everything else except the rear upper and lower control arms. Any recommendations? I would like to go adjustable and was looking at maximum motorsports, however their upper arms are just stock replacements, the stamped steel ones, which does not seem like an upgrade to me. so any advice based on your experiences?

Ryan, I have CHE double adjustable uppers I bought of e-bay. Do a search, they are great. The lowers are just solids from BOI. Obviously my car hooks and launches. 1.52 60' times.
You don't have to pay a lot for that muffler if you know what I mean.

The cc plates are the ones I have.

As far as the ca's, if you go w/ spherical bushings, they are going to be really stiff and loud.

gotcha so besides the stiffness and noise factor, any benefits to spherical bushings? do you run the spherical or the regular bushings?
