welp, as you know i got my new body of the stang a few weekends ago. rust free donor car for 200 dollars. came with a full red interior, all lights, and alluminum wheels. here is where i start. dun dun dun!
donor+current stang. donor is a bit dirty
here is the interior...the carpet is nast....however the rest of the parts are just fine. i took out a seat and the back seats before i started snapping photos
oh yea BTW, i thought you guys might get a kick out of this. i laughed a few minutes when i realized this. but for 200 dollars i gots me a working ashtray door!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok here is the interior all ripped out. im going to tackle the dash tonight. didnt feel like it last night. however i have found zero rust yet.

this is something interesting i found in the trunk the previous owner did
the one thing i love about getting someone elses car and tearing it apart, is finding what they left behind. this is a first for me. i've found drugs, bullets, clothes, yadda yadda...
this time i got a porno movie with my purchase, since the cover isnt appropriate i just snapped a photo of the title. lol!!
here is the only real damage to the car that i know of. its not rust, the kid told me when he pulled the motor and tranny and he was wheeling into the garage the pin in the leg of the hoist broke and the motor swung into the car to punch a hole in the panel of the car. i somewhat believe him just because of how the metal looks, no rust. here is the outside and his patchjob
here is the inside, you can see the two rip lines in the sheet metal where it looks like it was tore away.
anyways. thats how far i am currently. now a word from our sponsor!

yep, everything. some interior parts in my car are better quality than the donor. but for the most part, everything on this donor is better than my car. i'm also swapping stearing colums, F this no tilt bizz!
mechanically everything on my current stang is new/rebuilt. so...yea everything is getting swapped from mine into this car.
i also picked up a disk brake 4 lug rear end w/ 3.55 gears thats going into this car. i wanted to go disk brake.
