Default 5 lug conversion question

I want to do a 5 lug conversion on my car as well as a big brake upgrade... the kit i was looking at comes with 13 inch front rotors and 11.65 rear rotors...

But i want to be able to run skinny's up front and it says you can't run a wheel any smaller than 17X8? how are people doing the 5 lug conversion and running skinny's up front?

I want to be able to have pretty decent stopping power, cause i'm tired of people thinking that since my car is a sports car i must have the most powerful brakes in the world...

Probably a stupid question, i just don't want to spend a ton of money converting everything then finding out i'm stuck with only being able to run wide wheels up front. I want to be able to have a set of show wheels and a set of street/strip wheels. thanks again.

to run a skinny up front with 13in front rotors, either a. your going to need to run a spacer to clear the caliper, or b. buy an expensive set of drag wheels that will clear.

Well would they even make a wheel spacer big enough to clear the rotors?

I mean i don't need the 13 inch rotors... i just want to buy a 5 lug conversion kit... i like new stuff.. and i don't really have the time to piece a kit together myself.

I just want to have rotors all the way around, i don't want rear drums.. and i want it to have better stopping power than it does... everything i've found is for the 87 up cars except 2 kits, and they both have 13" rotors... thats why i was asking that.

But if i can make another kit work that has rotors all the way around that would be great... i just want to be able to run skinnnys up front and also be able to run a 17X9 wheel as well.

Edit-- sorry, i don't know dick about wheel spacers or brake conversions =/

03-04 cobra guys run spacers on the front all the time, or buy a set of bogarts and not have to worry about it
