It'll hit 300 NO PROBLEM mjr... I'm running the old ped mount eddy rpm 1.9 heads with a cobra intake too. Only difference is, my cams on OTS comp cam, and my cobra intake isnt ported. The car hit 282WHP UNTUNED on 12* timing with WIPED OUT MAINS. 300 for you shouldnt be a problem

hhmm what do you think about this ...then gt40x heads(no piston notching needed right) and a really good set of push rods/valve springs/rocker arms

with my current setup of couse with the the added charger@12psi+

SO you'll be using a stock intake and cam??? if so with just adding heads, you should come close to 400 rwhp easy, but I'd at least add an intake to complement the heads, stock cam should allow you to make enough steam

If you haven't chosen the heads yet, I would go with Trickflows. They've been really good on plenty of Fords, and I've actually got a set on my 383 SBC in the Camaro. The finish on them is usually top notch as well. Just my opinion, though.

ugh, I HATE when people come in here with NO IDEA what they want. And just spit out combo after combo afte combo

If you want 400 at the crank, that is easy, and can pass emissions pretty damn easy.

If you want 400 at the wheels then I would go with a 351 punched out to a 408. In my state it is legal to do a engine swap and pass emissions as long as the engine you are swaping into the car is newer.

I advise you read A LOT more before you start spending money, and figure out what YOU want out of the car better.
