Yep, just not very common compared to E7's. Most non HO 's are flat tappet cams except for around 94-up. The non-ho EFI engines, IE Town Car, T-bird/Cougar(86-88) have the same looking intake but it had smaller ports/runners and a very small TB compared to the HO 60mm.
