low and slow my friend. i thought it was a good idea to take my DD off-roading and i almost sunk it more than once. won't be doing that ever again as i have already ordered lowering keys and shackles

lol yea i took my ranger (dd at the time) off roading and the last time i broke one of the front leaf spring mounts... it was dog legging for a while.. lol

So im going today to look at a '98 mazda protege...... 1.5l........ 93hp.... lol
they get like 35mpg, compared to the 11mpg my bronco is getting now thats epic, lol.

lol nice. i want a legacy gt for my DD but i cant afford that yet.. lol but ill prob mod the crap out of that too lol. granted mods for those are expensive as **** compared to our stangs...


hopefully today ill get my door locks sorted out and maybe rig the radio in for now until i can afford to purchase the $45 wiring harness so i can hook up the deck to the premium sound.

ok so i fixed the door locks! had to get a plastic clip from the junkyard for the d/s lock cylinder and i basically had to just lube the **** out of the other ones.. also installed my alpine radio and the premium sound works just fine. idk why ppl said it wouldnt work correctly.. (no one on this forum).

but i ran the codes and got a few.. what is the IMRC (Intake Manifold Runner Control) circuit? got the code that said it failed..

also says the EGR valve is not detected even there there is no way a plug can be plugged into it and my buddy withe the MTX doesnt even have it.. hrm

got this at auction, ill post up my own thread tommarow when I have time instead of clutering up yours with my new DD.

haha nice

there was one of those but the hatch version at the dyno day when i went and it had a huge fart cannon and a header that was wayyy to big for it. the kid and his friends were like yea it should put down like 180-190 to the wheels.. and guess what it put down a wopping 102hp hahaha

there was a svt focus w/ a turbo kit that made some good power tho

i guess ill have to hit up superhighoutput.com

i hate CL people btw they say they are gonna come look at the truck and then never call me back.. WTF its not even like im asking all that much. i only want $1k or $800 cash and these people cant even come look at it.

lol, yea its not gonna make a ton of power, but it is honestly pretty quick for what it is. This motor is the upgraded one, its supposed to put 100hp to the wheels, and with the car only being 2500lbs it moves out quicker then my bronco did....... thats still not saying much, lol.

the SVT focuses make 170BHP stock, so they are pretty stout. But they only come in hachbacks which are 200lb's heavyer then the coupes. so its got its down side.
