my motor just hit 140k. runs great and the oil stays very clean. it does leak though and ive been thinkin of a high mileage oil but im not sure because of the synthetics. my fav was mobile 5000. just like to know if i should try something else?

Stick with what your using if it stays clean and you are not having any problems with it. After your next oil change you could send a sample out to get tested... then you will know for sure how it is doing.

+1 on that ^^^ ...But in all honesty, all over the counter oil brands are about the same!

...Its a little different when you step up to the Royal Purple's, Amsoil, etc...

royal purple isnt something to use in a old motor

RP is shyt.........HAD 2 failures in 2 seperate motors after the switch to it, went to amsoil and no issues since
