with gt40's your peak hp is not going to be to much higher then stock, probably just over 5k, so you probably wern't going to make much more that that even if it did keep climbing.

you are going to lose a ton of power to the wheels because trucks have more rotating mass, but you should still be making atleast 240-250hp I would think.....

i think we found the prob.. the total timing of 30 degrees is very low... it should be around 36 am i correct??

I'd check ignition system first. Check ad vance rates too.....

^^^^^ I am with him. I really think there is some valve float gone on.. Are there any shims under the springs at all. Not saying there should be but lots of time there are and the only way to know is check the installed height. Being new the pressures should be real close if they are installed right.

LMAO, yeah those numbers are way low. My stock 93 put down 202hp and 268lbft of torque with high flow cats. You've got something up.

gonna dyno it soon..

carb is tuned
timing is good 36 total timing
valvetrain cheked out good.

its way more powerfull now i feel it.. should be making atleast 260 + now

Im gonna say valve train as well R/T restriction in the high rpm areas AEB bad dyno numbers

How soon is your timing coming in? It should be at full advance by 2500 RPMS if you are going with top performance. Sucks that the numbers where low on the first one.Good luck!
