Default What do you think is the best set-up?

I want to get a different Throttle Body, Mass Air, and different CAI set up. All of these parts were bought used and have shown their wear.

I'm thinking about getting a C&L Inlet Tube, and putting my stock air box back into the car, with an upgraded filter. Along with that, I'm thinking of a better TB and MAF combo... Any suggestions??

I currently have the following:

BBk 70mm Throttle Body
Granatelli 75mm Mass Air Meter
UPR Cold Air Intake

This is the other info:

302 Crate Motor
GT40 Cylinder Heads FRPP
B303 Cam
FRPP Roller Lifters
Forged Pistons
FRPP Rocker Arms
Edelbrock Performer Upper & Lower Intake Manifold
24lb. injectors
&&& a ton of other stuff

If money fell out of the sky one day, I'd add a supercharger! ha

I rather get this one, but its for "long style" MAFS???

What about sizes of the TB and MAF? Whats the biggest I can go? What are my options?

The CAI I have has been rusted very badly for some time now. I should of replaced it a year or two ago. The used MAF sensor I bought used is something I just don't trust anymore, its also rusted to hell. The TB is probably fine. Its a 70mm BBK/Edelbrock. ITs honestly probably a perfect match for my intake manifold.

I have to replace my CAI, so I heard that a nice inlet tube and the stock airbox is actually better than a fenderwell intake or a straight shot.

I figured since I'm doing that, I'd may as well replace my MAF, but I don't need a TB.

I'm not thinking I'll notice anything, except maybe just runs a little smoother. How my engine performs is more important to me than horsepower.

Can I get a 90mm MAF Granatelli; and then keep my 70mm TB Edelbrock;????

my bbk edelbrock was junk!!! smoke test it and more smoke rolls out of both ends of the throttle shaft than a strainer has holes, went with an acufab = much better now

is that right. You like your accufab? I've never heard of them up until a couple days ago. Unless I just haven't been paying attention this whole time.

What do you think of having a stock air box with a better inlet tube?

why dont you just media blast or sand your intake, then paint it? and I'd steer away from C&L too, I have a stocker MAF, but I have heard C&L are junk from my car junkie friends.... ProM or Gratinelli or a lightning maf is what they told me to find
