Question little help here

Lately it feels like my car is losing power(hp) around 20 or more. I'm pretty sure it's a fuel issue, but everytime I hook the f/p guage up to it,it runs perfect. I'm not sure if it would be the pump, injectors, or regulator.Has anyone had a problem like this or heard of something like it.

are you checking FP while under load? or just at idle/revving?

ok one more ques.
Blue: blinker and brake light, red:tag lights and the arrows are where the wires intersect
I know you can't see very well, but I need a little help. The right blinker and brake light doesn't work and I cant tell if it would be a break in the wire, but as I was reading the diagram I got to thinking that it might be because both of the tag light were blown but I'm not sure. Can anyone correct me?

I would run my own ground to the problem bulbs and see if they operate or check for voltage going to them with a test light.

Ill try to find a wiring diagram and post more info for you later
