Absolutely not. You should be able to find something in that price range used but new, no.
BTW, don't 93-95 have hyper pistons? Not that you cannot run boost on them you just have to be a little more precautious.

The guy I mentioned has a 93. He has had no issue, well, other then blowing the OEM head gaskets.
