does anyone know what lower gasket to run on the gt40x heads?

i went to the zone and got the intake gaskets for a 5.0L

guess its something different.

they seemed like they needed to be pushed up or something but i couldnt do that.. there is a gap between the top of the gasket and the port on the head and there is too much head at the bottom of the gasket port..

im not sure which ones i had before because i bought an entire gasket kit.

these ones seemed to fit ok but still not quite perfect.. hopefully the 1262s will fit better

 

I wouldn't buy anything that I would have to depend on at the 'zone.
Those guy's don't know sh-t
If it's not in there 'puter it don't exist type of game.
BTW, several of us around here are really considering a civil rights suit against them as they won't wait on people that speak english....
