Looks great so far, cant wait to see it done! You can do the conversion with used parts like I did, you just never know what your dealing with as far as how much life is left in stuff. Especially the axles. It comes down to do you want to spend the money on the kit. Because going the junkyard route is a whole lot cheaper. Also there are some clearance issues as far as what wheels you can use with some of the used parts. I would do some reading on that.

Four lugs will meet your needs unless you want a larger wheel selection. I'd save that mod til later in your build. The car looks A1 . Make some power first!
Do it right 1 time even if it means being patient. It will be cheaper in the long run! Have fun

well update is big change in plans...... they finally got the car to the shop and started taking out the engine. original plan was to take the engine and i got the rest of the car. however, the shop took actions in their own hands and lifted the car right off the drivetrain......... and put everything onto the 4cyl car that has rust..... well every panel has rust. and they actually kept saying how amazing condition the ttop was and carrying on about how nice the ttop "was". so now im left with a shell of a car, carpet, and seats. not sure what to do with it now..... any suggestions??
