Has anyone tried to install a late model dash and console in a fox body? I have seen a few pictures of a 1993 with a 2001 dash and console. It looked quite good. I was wondering aside from the obvious differences if it would bolt up or does it have to be modified a great deal.

I believe it will bolt up, I have no idea but there may be some trimming needed.

Like posted above, I KNOW that there is a lot of trimming to be done towards the back.

I've also heard about people having problems with the side of the dash covering up the door handle on the door panel when the door is closed. If anyone has a good how-to on this PLEASE post it up.

Is it the dash that has to be trimmed?

This is the type of thing that you won't get much information about unless you try it yourself. Get the dash and console and figure it out along the way
