Recently bought a used explorer upper and lower intake manifold but it didn't come with bolts... can i use the existing bolts from my stock intake?

Yeah those lowers should. If the bolts for the uppers are too short then ACE hardware will have them. I had to replace a couple when I had a gt40 intake
