Default Intake manifold or exhaust

ok guys it has been ALONG time since i have posted but ive got a question for you guys.

im getting my tax return n its pretty decent(for me atleast) so ive decided to put some more money into my car. now i have recently found a busted vacuum line leading to a vacuum port under my upper intake so im gonna have to pull the upper intake off to replace it so im thinking i should go ahead and upgrade the intake manifold while im already partially done anyways. but i am also debating whether i should just toss a phenolic spacer in while im at it and spend money on a full exhaust instead. now the choices

intake:
trickflow trackheat intake
trickflow throttle body elbow
75mm throttle body
C&L CAI and MAF

exhaust:
BBK long tube headers
BBK O/R X-Pipe now i would rather an H-pipe but my quick searching didnt turn one up but i will keep looking
SLP LM2 catback

ok guys what are your opinions because its a toss up for me since theres only a small difference in total price and both would leave me $1-200 extra on my tax return

also if theres anything im missing from either option please inform me

edit: forgot the most important part. its a 94 GT with 5spd

I stuck it in gen disc.......no worry, and you want a trickflow intake on the cheap, talk to a member here named addermk2, he's got one for sale, and the bbk lt's and x-pipe are a decent budget choice.......as far as CRAP AND L MAFS GO...WHAT MORE CAN I say, I'm a pro-m maf fan as they are far more accurate and are calibrated electronically instead of using sampling tubes =

ok ive changed my ideas a little because of some advice given so im changing my maf and cai

cai: bbk http://www.americanmuscle.com/bbk-cai-9495-50.html
maf: pro-m http://www.promracing.com/mass-air-m...ged-bullet-p-2

this option will bring the price almost dead even with the exhaust

you'll be more content with the pro-m maf just make sure it matches the inj, call pro-m direct and order from them that way they input your build into the calibration they give you, they'll want to know specs on motor as well as exact CAI you will be using so they can give you one for cold air calibration

if you were stock intake manifold but had other mods would you benefit from a bigger maf

well the question is whether i should do a full exhaust or a full intake(from air filter to manifold) swap on my car i would only be doing the maf swap if i do the intake mods

well the question is what do you have done to your car already? what are your practical long run plans? if you are just running stock motor id suggest going with the street heat not the track.. but id vote for exhaust cuz stock is just restrictive and is wayyy too quiet
