Default any one using a comp cam custom grind cam

this is the one they recommend for my set up. does any one run this cam if so how does it proform for you.

kinda small for a 347.........I'm running a simialar set up with a fti custom cam that has .608 lift and 240+ duration @.050

a 650 carb is more meant for a 302... you should be running ATLEAST a 750

depends on what your goal is with the combo?? I run a ported rpm air gap and a biggs performance stage 5 750 holley hp that flows 780cfm.......mine is both a street strip car, most people tend to use a victor jr intake but the cam and heads would be the supporting factor in most cases but there are always exceptions to that

my cam is mid 5ish for lift on my 347 and thats too small. www.camshaftinnovations.com
go talk to him, he will set you up with a good cam

i figured everyone would be running a 750 or better carb. i asked more then a couple engine builders what size carb would be good and they said a 650 quick fuel should do it
