Default Problem with wheel hop

So i got the car last summer and had no problem with wheel hop, well in the fall it started and im still having problems with it. sometimes it doesn't happen but it usually does. i know i have some aftermarket suspension in the rear. I seen some competition engineering shock absorbers. and a few others things. i dont know its it just because of the cold weather or what. any ideas?
