Default Best Bang for Buck

So i am looking into doing a considerable upgrade to my '92 5.0L Hatchback this summer. Right now its completely stock except for rusted Hooker shorties, BBK o/r H, Flowmasters, A/C delete, Smog delete, KYB Lowering Springs, seats, K&N CAI.... Nothing adding HP, which is what I am aiming for this summer, but on a relatively strick budget ~< $800. I was originally looking at the BBK ceramic LT's, but figured I would have clearance levels as I already ground out plenty of times and also figured would have a hard time passing emissions. Then my friend mentioned getting the e303 Cam, but adding up the cam, the rocker arms, the pushrods, and then istall labor thats a good 1000. So lately I've had my mind set on the Trick Flow street heat upper and lower intake and 75 mm TB and EGR spacer. this is around $750 and was told its a good starting point for adding HP. I was thinkin 75 mm b/c i plan to add 24lb injectors, bigger MAF, and eventually the cam/LT's/heads when i get out of college. Opinions??

65mm throttle body, add some timing, bigger maf, GT40 intake manifold, and put a gear in the rear.

I would do the gears. That would burn up about three to four bills. Good seat of the pants improvement.

See i was going to do the gears after I get 10.5" wheels in the back, because I figured the stock tires would never catch.

do the gears and lower control arms. dont waste your money on gt40 anything. wait till you can afford a full h/c/i setup and then do the motor. and for the record, the ecam is crap and wont get you any extra hp on a stock motor

If i get gears i want 4.10s. But i heard that 9/10 times stock tires wont catch with them. ANd what do the control arms do, im not too familiar with them

stock style tires dont hook when the car is stock. you need decent tires no matter what mods you do
