Default Engine help with my new H/C/I

Got my new Trick flow fac 170's installed along with a .542" lift cam, track heat intake, and 24lb injectors with a 24lb C&L inlet tube. Well, when I start the car it idles very rough but smooths out in about 5 seconds and will idle very good. But when I give it gas it sounds fine until I let off, it will go down below idle speed and start getting really rough again, at which time it will die. The Fuel Pressure is at 35 when I start the car, but when it is off and only the key is on the gauge reads about 5??? Is that supposed to happen?

My idle is set at 800-900 if that helps. Thanks

Another thing to note, I cleaned the EGR valve, checked for vac leaks (none), and when running KOEO codes I get a code 96, it will not let me run KOER codes for some reason... I'm guessing because my accelerator cable is not hooked up as I dont have enough room for it until I get my spacer in.

I just went through this with mine, the C&L MAF was what was giving me the issue. I had my old ProM recalibrated for my 24lb injectors and that fixed my surge. Also, what are you running for a fuel pressure regulator?
