Going 10's with N/A 302 possible?

you'd have to be running at least a 347 built to the hilt to do that... and be able to wind it pretty high. going all out on a stock block like that = your engine will have a split right down the middle personality rather quickly...

like shelty said on a stock block its gonna go quickly but it can be done your just gonna have horrid drive-ability problems imo. Gonna need a bad *** set of heads probably something like a set of stage 3 or 4 ported tfs of edelbrock heads from fox lake for an example, pistons are gonna need to be changed to something with some big valve reliefs for the rather large cam youd have to run and your gonna have to have one hell of a valve train. Even with all that and other stuff that you'll need the motor wont last to long because of the rpm range you would need to push it, stock rotating assemblys hate high rpms

just a word to the wise, although this build is possible with the right parts, you may wanna invest in a Dart Block or a Boss Block. the added strength in the mains and the support webbing of the block will help support your power goals.
or if you step up to a 351 you'd havea bit better of a starting ground.

10's on a 302 isnt that hard. but you just gotta buy the right parts. shortie headers, CAI and 2.5" exhaust aint going to get you there.
fast88 on sbftech runs i believe 9.6's on a 310cu.in. @ about 10k rpms
high rpms are your friend on smaller cu.in.
10's are possible but you gotta do it right.
