Default Which engine do I choose?

Hey all! I am in a Restoration project with my 89 GT. I am interested in having a stroker 331 instead of a 302 stock block. Is it better to have my stock block tested and rebuild or do I buy a completed block? If I get a completed block with all the components, is Fordstrokers better than a DSS motor. I currently have edelbrock 2.02 aluminum heads and GT40 intake. I still want to utilize these and eventually put a supercharger on it. Thanks for your input.

You can buy a shortblock from Ford Strokers and put what you have on it. I'd get a 347 if I were you though.

Sorry about that, posting in the wrong section.. Are you suggesting the 347 because of the cost is the same? I do agree having a larger cu. in. is better.

347 even with the parts you have to use , even though not the best choice will still be3 faster than a stock 302 bottom end set up

TFS FAC 190's make for a killer setup on a 347.
