well then, we'll just have to wait and see how mine turn out around 1000 miles.

No you're not the only one. There are inherent design flaws in the Fox rear suspension, namely the fact that the UCA's have to do two jobs at the same time (control lateral movement and axle rotation). What I would try is to put a softer (new stock replacement) UCA bushing in and see what that does. The UCA's cause the rear suspension to bind and if you add in super hard bushings it makes matters worse. If you are interested in learning more, check out the road racing section over at Corral or look around Corner Carvers, be warned, the guys at Corner Carvers can be harsh, read, read and then read some more before even think of making a post there.

that is your problem, you need to run the stock style rubber bushing in the housing to prevent binding (or a spherical rod end type bushing). poly bushings in the rest of the control arms are fine tho

seeing as you have been running that on the street you could have broken somehting

sphericals are second to none. if you dont mind some noise thats where you wanna be i dont regret from rubber to spherical for a second. poly's will wreck your ****....go rubber or preferably in my case, spherical.

Update....I removed the rear springs & shocks. I then supported the rear diff and moved the axle up and down (articulated) to check for bind, popping, creeking..etc.

Found nothind other than my rear sway bar was rubbing on the LCA's. Torque boxes all looked good. No damage or broken welds anywhere. Spent a ggod amount of time looking things over, but all looks good.

I left the sway bar off and drove it for about 100 miles to see if that was causing the noise, since the bar was rubbing the LCA's but the noise remains.

As far as poly axle bushings being the culprit, I am guessing you are right. I may just have to install new factory ones instead the polys. All this noise is embarrassing and irritating.
