It has the factor cobra wheels and they look great with new tires and the paint stills looks faily good. interoir is clean besides the front seat being ripped. motor is very clean. he wants $4800 what do you guys think

Useless huh,
all im asking is if that car is worth the money with the mods it has. I dont know anything about the 5.0 cuz I have always had a 4.6, Im starting some autox and was wonding if the 94 cobra is gonna be a better platform to start with than my 96

Dont really no like most sn95 the odemeter quit working at around 130k
My 96 quit working at 128k according to the owner and the motor in it is very strong and doesnt burn any oil.
the guy with the cobra said all the suspension busings have been replaced in the rear.
Im just looking at the fact it already has the bigger brakes all the way around on the cobra and enough power to do autox plus the fact thats a real cobra with the original block. if I had to replace the transmission so be it and redo the entire rear end with rebuilt trac-loc,bearings and gears It would be a pretty fresh car as far as the motor and drivtrain goes. I has already planed on putting a 5.0 in my 96 down the road when the motor finally went because i feel like they are easier ad cheaper to get power out of than a 2v mod motor.
Anyone know anything about the keith black pistons, I believe he siad they where flat top pistons.

If your were planning on going the 5.0 route eventually, than getting the cobra might be a good idea. If everything is as it appears of course.
Didn't know that the odometers failing around there was common?

Well counting the car im looking at now I have looked at 8 mustang gts from 94-98 before I bought my 96 and 6 out of those 8 odometers failed on them anywhere from 125k to 140k, they can be replaced with a new set of gears in the instrutment panel for about $30-40 bucks
