93 LX FiveO

My hood sits a little low on the driver side and from what I can tell the hinge is sagging and needs to be moved up slightly. I tried loosening the 2 bolts on the firewall and yanking up on it but that didn't work. Is there more to it or are they not adjustable?

I was also thinking of putting some washers under the bolts to maybe raise it up?

This is on my newly purchased '91 GT by the way The '92 LX in my sig is still around but the bodies hurting and rotting away. Drivetrain swap in the works
