disc brake conversion?

i was wondering if there is a 4 lug disc brake conversion kit for my 89 Lx? or can i get a rearend off a 87-88 thunderbird? would it bolt up?

one of my friends used a Thunderbird Turbo Coupe rear. It bolts right in but you may need to add a proportioning valve to give the rear discs more bias.
