this weekend i went to cj pony parts customer appreciation day and it just made me want my car back that much more. my brothers 65 has been sitting for 12 years and the body is a lost cause. im pulling the 289 out of it and dropping it in my fox as it is still in one piece and ready to run. if anything i might just throw the set of GT40p heads on it for some extra umph and call it a day. so in the next couple months if not sooner the car will be on the road again...finally.

actually you might have, i was sitting under a tent my local mustang club set up next to the cj trailer down by the road. after we walked around and got food we really just sat and enjoyed the nice day.

ahh okay, I did see two trailers down there in the corner, lotta cars there this year , my 89 vert was right in front of the sales room

bill said he thought he saw your car over by the show room but wasnt sure if it was yours or not. i knew i should of sent you a pm to see if you were going. i saw alex (ace) there too. i pm'ed bernie a month ago about the show but he never got back to me.

Yeah I saw Bill walking around and yup that was my car over by the show room, just never got a free moment to give a shout out to Bill as I had the kids with me and they took up my time, Bernie has been MIA he sold his ride and is now enjoying his new found interest in a new bike

yup bill told me i was pretty shocked about that. i never would of thought he would sell the car since he loved that thing so much.

yeah i have been out of the 5.0 section for 2 year so thats why i didnt know. my car has been sitting in the garage untouched for too long. now that my girl and i broke up i moved out and my car is going to my mom's where my brothers 65 is pulling the engine and trans out of his and selling the shell and putting mine in the garage where his was so i can work on it.
