i have a 1990 mustang gt and i plan on replacing the stock headers and redoing the intire exhaust setup. i want something that sounds mean and loud, i want to be borderline getting pulled over but be legal of course... i live near atlanta and still have to pass emissions. any ideas on what header/h-pipe would be the best for what im looking for? also what is an average paint job running these days, im not looking for show car material just an average repainting with a little shine to it.

 

Look up sound clips on youtube. Its your best best. Since you have to pass emissions. You need cats so basically any catback will work and not be pull me over loud.. Unless you get slp.
