Well the '94 is in the garage finally. Had an awesome time driving it home, had to scare the **** outta my uncle (car nut as well) a couple times lol. Guy I bought it from gave me all the paper work and I do have one question (probably 5,000 more to come). He put the Ford E303 cam in the car and I was just wondering the specs on it. I googled M-6250-E303 and got:

intake duration and exhaust duration: 220
Lift of both intake and exhaust: 498in

However when I look at Brothers Performance (where most of the parts were bought from on this car)

intake and exhaust duration: 282
Lift lobe: 311in
Lift valve: 498in

the car is fine and runs great but im just the kinda person that wants to know every inch and detail about the car. Well i'm stumped here. I have a couple different numbers, i know they arnt far from each other but just being the person i am....i wanna know the exact numbers. Did they ever make different styles of E303's?

the 282 is advertised duration and the .311 is .498 lift with a 1.6 ratio rocker!

your rocker geometry gives u vlv lift the .311 is the lobe lift alone!

simplified .311 X 1.6 = .498

AHHHH ok. ya i figured there was some sorta calculation with the rockers that i wasnt getting. Thanks
