Hi guys just want to ask a quick question. I got a c4 trans that i want to paint to make it well look pretty :P. Now i've pressured washed it clean. Do i need to scuff up the metal abit or should i just paint over what i want to paint? Second any paint u'd recommend? Hope someone can chime in here. THx.

 

I would just make sure all oil and grease is off. Then use a highheat engine block paint. Why do you want to paint it you plan on putting it in carshows with mirrors. I think it will look better clean without paint. If I did paint it though I would use something along the lines of silver.
