i have a 93 gt 65000 org miles on it and overdrive stopd workn in it yesterday if i leave it in overdrive it wont shift just revss and when i put it in drive it will shift fine jsut stay in 3rd gear!?!?! idk if trannys going out or it got a vac leak somewhere?!?!

You more than likely burnt out the over drive band in it. I had this happen to me a few years ago.

My suggestion would be to take it to a tranny shop with a good reputation and have them rebuild it for you.

check your tv cable and make sure its still attached, its the cable next to the throttle cable on the throttle body, I don't know where you can find a repair kit but ebay/google could give you something

 

tranny is shot. dont just tell them you need a "rebuild" you will get sticker shock when it's done. you have some hard parts that need replaced too now, you'll need a new converter, and also the sunshell i believe is the od band clamps to. since the band wont grip it anymore it will have scored the shell and needs replaced too. your looking at about $1800

this is a great time to go either lentech aod, or a t5 swap

if you keep it auto get a stallion or lentech 3000 stall converter. no less or you'll be dissapointed.

if you go t5, you'll think you added 100 hp to the car
