Please help I need some good info.
Without writing you guys a book. I bought a 1990 5.0 after my 3rd trip to Iraq. Drove it way to hard and blew the engine. I have bought a new block with crank and pistons already installed. Now I need to know what do I need to build a 300-350hp at the wheels motor. I need to know the best heads/cams/and header set up. I have the GT-40 intake manifold and 70mm throttle body and plenum.
