when i try to start my car when is a cold morning or night the fuel pump doesnt turn on, i think im going to replace the pump but before i do i was wondering if it might be any other reason on why it won't start.

could be the fuel pump relay or the ecm relay also

 

check the inertia switch harness next time it does it. your saying when u turn the key "on" it doesnt hum ? or fire either ??

if you can get it to do it... mess with the inertia switch harness then try again
