Convertible Top

Can anyone tell me the best way to get a top back up without a power source? Is it even possible?

why is it down? motor burn out or dead battery?

Front end damage and the battery is dead and not able to get to it. I am afraid to pull it up by hand. Guess I could try with another guy on the other side and pull it up evenly?
