Ok finally had time to do a comp check all cyl between 160/165.
Still having this dang vac issue! Would a lower intakegasket leak cause this? Im not sure it leaks but i suspect it is. It just dosent make since!

Ok, let's go back to square 1. Have you checked the vacuum gauge on another car? How does your car idle, does it have problems idling or running?

Like I said before, the car does not idle at 2" vacuum. 2" is less vacuum than you typically see while cranking.

To have a vacuum leak large enough to get a 2" idle vacuum, it would be so massive there's no way you could miss it. And that's barring the fact that at 2" idle vacuum the engine wouldn't be able to run, and with a vacuum leak that huge you'd never get even a remotely close idle fuel mix. 2" manifold vacuum isn't much above what an engine sees at WOT.

I bet your gauge is wrong or you have it hooked up to something that for whatever reason is not providing manifold vacuum(wrong port, plugged up etc).

Well recieved my vic 5.0 intake sat found my vac problem, the runner difference in my heads n tfs street intake allowed for the tops of every runner ti suck in the gasket, causing 8 unseeable leaks! Thanks for all the help guys! Lessons learned!
