i have the choice on whether to get 351 heads or upper and lower control arms front and back, i was wondering if the heads would bolt in or would i need to buy new parts like head bolts and valve springs etc,etc to make it work.

 

I would recommend spending some time looking through the forums. Buy a maintenance manual and doing alot of research. Stay away from trying to mod your car right now and spend your time learning how it works.

 

if you have never done heads before, i would leave well enough alone right now. start smaller and learn as you go

 

i have helped my brother do the head swap on his 06 gto w/ magnison supercharger ( which was not fun at all!), but ive gotten to the point to where i cant gain much more hp with the average bolt on parts without spending some serious cash for those big bolt ons. i was thinking of doing suspension so i can prep my car for when its time to do some big swaps?

 

do the heads say "E7TE" on them?...

if they do, then they are the SAME heads that are on your car already, just with a 1/2" bolt hole, not 7/16"

get the control arm set...

 

Yep exactly pending head yr they will be the same head or have bigger chambers which lowers ur cr and hp. Do the suspension.

 

yeah, but if he's sitting on a set of C9OE or D0OE heads, SEND 'EM MY WAY lol...
