Default Noob question here

This is a noob question, my mustang 5.0 has been sitting for about 2 years now, I still start her, move her back and forth. Tires tend to lose air when not in motion, do tires go bad after x amount of years of just sitting there, or can I just add air and it's ready to go again? I live in southern Cali so the weather has been, cold, rainy, hot and I'm sure that also affects the tires. Any thoughts?

Will be a fun ride with those flat spots when you do take it out on the road. Storage for that period of time I would have put the car on jack stands.

Stale old air, needed fresh air. Quick ride will tell if they have flat spot. Dunk test for laeks.

my slicks get a flat spot after sitting in the garage over the winter with the weight of the car on them, a quick heat cycle usually gets that issue gone but these are bias ply vs a radial

So basically get them checked before driving on them again? I live in social and smog here is a pain. Though I do know someone that can smog it, it will just cost me $. I have been trying to sell her but I think with the economy, nobody has disposable income right now
