Default 347 vortech hd gasket trouble.

Ok 347 10.5:1 cr and 10lbs boost, tuning moates qrtr horse. Max timing 23* head studs 1011-2 gaskets. Blew the f<Ľk out of number 1&2 cylinders.

Should we reduce the timing a few more deg or move from 93 oct to 100?
Any help appriciated!

maybe try reducing the boost for 10.5 to 1 or add a water/meth kit

it is not all about compression and boost. What head ? what is the grind on the camshaft? he could and should IMO pull a bit more timing out of it at higher RPMs when it is make its most boost and roll it to it down low. Did he drop heat ranges on the plugs? How much injector is he running?
