Default Cam for a stock motor?

I have a 94 GT 5.0 5spd. Doing headers and I want to look into getting a mild cam. Would this be ok in an otherwise stock motor? 130k on the motor also running flowmaster 40's dumped

+1. Waist of money to cam it if all you got is exhaust. Wait till you get some heads and intake for it. You will be much happier in the long run. Just use the money you were gonna use for the cam to buy some bolt one like underdrives and a short throw if its a manual.

I get the point lol... I am in the process of replacing those horrid looking exhaust manifolds! Why are they almost square?
