Just know that when you are ordering from an online company that shipping is a variable that can fluctuate. If at all possible don't rely on parts coming in at any given time. When I order stuff I typically place the order and forget about it until it arrives. Makes my life a lot less stressful.

+1 on Summit, placed an order 2 days ago and its delivering today.

Never had a bad experiene with Jegs. So was this part in question actually showing in stock when you placed the order??

As with others though, Summit is always super prompt as I placed an order on Tues and it shows to be on a truck for delivery this morning.

My bad on the wrong section didn't notice. You shouldn't sell someone parts you don't have they got my money m I don't have what I bought that's the bottom line. I have been ordering from both forever. I never order online for that very reason I callem. I prefer summit but I called them first my intake was backoeder til Mar 2 jegs had 3 in stock. If I knew I'd be waiting til then anyway I'd waited on summit!

Never had bad luck from either. I have noticed though that Summit is a little more dependable though. Summit gets me the next day and always shows up early in the morning. This may be where I am located on the map though, I could basically walk to their facilities...LOL!!

I must say I usually order from Summit or directly from the manufacturer. I have found Jegs to be hit and miss, sometimes wonderful service, sometimes not.

either way its not the point, hes right if hes making a 2700$ order they should be goin out of there way to get that order to him to keep him happy thats how good business works and how customers come back. but alota these major companies work that way once the order is processed they could care less if you get the parts next week or next month they got there order confirmation and payment and thats all they care about

The fortunate thing about this scenario is that while jegs may have the O/P by the ***** in the short term, long term O/P has the power. Reason being he can decide to no longer do business with Jegs if he wants, therefore Jegs really is hurting no one but themselves...
