Default updated project thread! Lots o pics!

Some more updates on the project! Rearend was dropped off at Han's at dean's performance for 31 spline 4 lug c clip eliminated axles 31 spline spool, 3:55 gears, Strange disk brakes... all the good stuff (should be back this week)

Finally got around the welding the tabs on the coil over mounting bar for the gas tank mounting hardware. turned out pretty nice (i think)

Then i re made the aluminum mounting gauge bezel with a thicker, nicer piece. and it fits a lot better/looks a lot better

and of course the cheapest easiest way to get it was 250miles away from my house for almost free from one of my dads friends... so we took his airplane which i helped him build

and some suspension hanging awaiting the rearend

Looking good man! I like your Project, I think it's going to be sick when it's done. What type of Gauges are those? Auto Meter Phantom? I'm going to be doing something similar with custom gauges and a Custom dash on my 67' Austin Healey Sprite that i stuffed a Buick 215 in.

the gauges are the newer phantom II's a little on the expensive side but they are nice as hell! they are white when not lit up, and then when you light them up the back ground turns black, the numbers turn white and the needle glows red.... you can see what i mean on autometers website were they have a demo of it
ya i figured 3:55 would be the best for this engine, and trans set up
