I've discussed the ability to Supercharge the $3600 FRPP 340hp 306 crate motor, and I believe it's 5.0kid? that has been running a supercharger on his with no probs for years. I think I've made my mind up to buy this motor when time comes, but I think I'll just leave it as it is and eventually pair it up with a Tremec 6 speed. After all, I have the 225hp (mine might be at 250hp) and honestly [besides the track] there's no where to really even use it haha. 340hp is obviously an extra 115hp over stock, so I think I'll be happy as my car is just a weekend/summer driver to have fun with. 340hp in a Fox Body should be good for low 13's I'd assume, right?

Yeah I totally get that...I'll do an aftermarket intake/headers/etc when I get it, but honestly would be happy with 260-270 at the wheels. That's 35-45 MORE than what was at the Flywheel with the stock motor so...

I have that crate in my 87 and it made 261hp 289tq but it has more that's with stock injectors and for. More fuel and timing might get a few more.

for what you will spend making that engine complete... you could buy my 347 and drop it right into your car.

10,47 at 130 at 3200 on 110octane with the setup and an s trim, it can be made to go fast. Now that ive sold that for one hell of a price 3800 to a guy i wish i coulda went back and gone with better setup back in the day when i bought it. I mean i always had fun but i always wanted to go faster and knew i couldnt throw any more boost at it.

na i mad 286hp 295tq with 93 and 24's its not a bad little crate motor for what it is.

Yeah ima do maf conversion and adj fpr and 24s it hit 18:1@ 4800. It isn't bad but if you can built yourself you can go way better for that money! Mine was 6500$ when bought new where did you find it for 3800? I didn't pay that but I saw the original receipt ouch. I swapped tfs heads and stage 2 cam for mine!

thats what mine was as well 6500, they got super cheap now that the new boss blocked crate motors are out.
