Default Ugh. Whhhy?! Some misc problems. Help!

So I'm back yet again. I have some simple problems that I hope y'all can shed some light on.

1) When cruising, my A/C is great though I do wish it'd blow harder but once I idle or slow down, the car starts to overheat and the a/c gets hot. I've checked freon, it's fine. I was also told to upgrade the radiator and with a Fluidyne, it still does it. All cooling components have been changed so what now? Should the electric fan be spinning while the A/C is on? If so, then that could be the reason. What wires would I hook up so that it spins when the a/c is on if that is necessary?

2) With the A/C on, if I start my car, it'll die instantly unless I give it a few revs. I just installed an aeromotive FPR and when I hooked up the fuel pressure gauge, I noticed the fuel pressure rose a bit slowly. is this normal on a car starting up or is my pump taking a ****? Recommendations on pumps if so? This car will be turbo 347 powered soon.

3) I recently went to the local GLAMIS Statis desert party that they hold here in AZ at Speedworld and during the sand dune drags, I hit a big *** dip and broke a big *** hole in my x-pipe. Joy. So, I need a cheap but great replacement, preferably with cats. Any recommendations there?

Thanks in advance! Also, Adder, I expect an answer from you for every one of these if you want my mod blessings. :P

a/c on the electric fan should be running. Did not come with electric fan so what kind of control do you have to initiate fan? A/C power to relay to fan. Low vacum signal to FPR will make pressure rise.Normal.

How would I wire it to make the fan run with the a/C?

to the a/c mech clutch fan has been removed and car sports an elec fan??? if so on most cars the fan is wired to run with the a/c on or it is tapped into a a/c high pressure switch , iirc the mustang fox only has a low pressure switch since it runs a mech fam from the factory so wiring it to run when a/c is on is your only option

Which wires would I tap into to ensure it runs with the a/c fan on.

@Adder: Moderation is politics. Time to be dirty like the rest young padawon.

tap into the a/c clutch circuit to trigger your fan relay

1) I'd suggest getting a flex-a-lite controller for the fan. It'll let you control the fan in many different ways.

2) I'd look at cleaning the IAC. Also, the flex-a-lite controller doesn't hit the electrical sys. hard with a instant on load. I'm sure it'll help there too.

3) "Cheap but great" Well, low cost and quality don't usually go together. You'll have to decide whats best for you.

I'd rather do quality then.

And flex-a-lite controller? I did a search and found no such thing. Link?
