thats tuff..... most guys shy from the c4 because of the 1:1 and high rpm on the freeway.
i still say 4.10
you'll only save 250 rpm with 3.73 so might as well use what will hit hardest and you have the goods to run high rpm. neither is gonna be a freeeway cruiser. but honestly...i bet your 3.55's are up there as well

If the car is ever going to see the drag strip, you need to compare your gear ratios, power level, and cam RPM range in order to pick the best gearset for your car.
I thought 3.73's would be the best choice for me. I was wrong! a 4.10 set will match my car better with the current tire setup. If I were to go to a 27" tire, I'd need 4.30's, and 28" tires would put me in need of 4.56's!

If it's mostly a street car (street & highway driving) w/the occasional trip to the track, then I say stick with the 355's. That's what I have on mine & love it.
If it's going to be a track car (i would say over 70% track use) go with the 410's.
I would really stay away from the 373's or 410's on a 3sp car (on a street car). Just my opinion.
