So it's been a while since I've posted in this section. Long story short Im not quite sure what to so with my 91 LX. im thinking of doing full suspension and exhaust along with a stock engine rebuild. I WOULD like more power out of the engine but the problem is i MUST stay CA smog legal. the car would need to pass with out a peep as it is my DD. i dont really have a budget limit. any ideas? im not looking for full drag suspension, but i do want to improve it some how. im thinking U/L Control arms, weld in sub-frame connectors, shock tower connector, 3.73's (3.90's?) and replace all bushings. already have a mac CAI, and short throw.

 

Sounds like a decent plan, I'd start at the rear of the car and work my way forward.
I think some torque boxes should be installed too.....
