Default MAF question

I took a few parts in on trade for my old rear end I swapped out of my car, 2 MAF sensors, a BBK short intake, K&N air filter and it was either 24 or 25 pound injectors. I am planning to swap to MAF when I can find a computer, and I googled the part number on the MAFs as they are the same and came back to 93 cobra's. The number is e9zf-12b579-aa. I am wondering, will i need to find a 93 cobra computer in order for this to work or can I go with a regular GT computer. If so wheres the best place to source one? And can I use a plug off of a different ford such as a ranger? Plug appears the same but havent checked fitment yet. I also assume I'd have to switch the fuel injectors if I use the cobra stuff, correct? Thanks guys

The part number is a 55mm stock sensor. Just because the housing is different doesn't mean anything.

Like I said, the sensors can be swapped into other housings. I am currently running the same sensor in a Cobra 70mm housing. Its not the best setup since the sensor is trying to read the amount of air comming thru a 70mm and reading it for a 55. It does work however. If you do have a 70mm housing you can get the right sensor for it and work perfectly fine.

these appear to be 70mm housings, but dont look like a cobra, the sample tube is wide open. I definitely intend to use the sensors, but I'm pretty sure this set up would take some calibration
