theres a fox coupe for sale at a dealership. it was a trade in. dealer says the customer says it has

dss 331 block
afr heads but dont know which ones
40lb injectors
and a tko 500 5 speed


i dont want to make an offer on the car without knowing if it really has these things

please tell me how do i identify these things

the car is in another state and no one really has driven it. or knows what to look for

 

C if they will let you talk to the previous owner, most dealers will call the previous owner and c if they will talk to you, if he does talkto ya more than likely he will hav recietes and you can get a better feel for if the car does infact hav what was said to ya
I work at a dealership as a sales manager and would hav no problem calling the customer to see if he would help me sell another car but thats me

 

what state is the car in? Perhaps if you find a member here, they would be willing to go look it over for you... they could bring it to a performance shop and have it identified.... As long as you offer compensation of course.

 

its in Indiana. was hoping there were some markings to tell. or certain way the trans looks to know
